Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu
Mat time, consistency, and repetition—these are the keys. You don’t need to be strong, a super athlete, or big. If you commit the time, train regularly, and drill your techniques until they become second nature, you will make great progress. The most important aspect of your Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu journey is simply showing up. We can teach you all the techniques, but you won't truly master them until you’ve drilled them thousands of times. Spend time on the mat, and you’ll see results—you will improve. There’s no secret or shortcut; like any sport or skill, practice makes perfect.
The Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu ranking system has five levels: white, blue, purple, brown, and black. Between each level, from white to brown, students must earn four stripes to mark their progress. As you advance, you'll spend more time refining each level. This journey is neither fast nor easy. The black belt title is reserved for those who remain committed and dedicated to their training. It is earned, not given.
