Our Little Warrior’s program is designed to empower children ages 6 to 12 with the confidence and skills they need, not only in martial arts but also in everyday life. By practicing effective techniques repetitively, our students learn to defend themselves with self-control while staying focused on the next move—giving them an advantage in self-defense situations.
Prepare Your Child for Bullies...
According to the National Education Association, 160,000 children miss school each day due to fear of bullying.
In 2002, the U.S. Secret Service found that bullying was a significant factor in many school shootings.
Studies also show that adults who were bullied as children often experience higher levels of depression and lower self-esteem than those who were not.
...Prepare Your Child for Life!
Our bully-proof curriculum builds confidence by teaching your child how to protect themselves from aggressive peers. We emphasize discipline by rewarding hard work with belt promotions, reinforcing your child’s commitment to achieving meaningful results through dedication—a lesson that benefits all areas of life.
Additionally, our program demonstrates that fitness can be fun. Many kids may not enjoy traditional exercise, but they love to play. We've carefully blended physical activity with engaging mental challenges to keep kids focused and excited throughout each class. They have fun and get fit at the same time!
Mat time, consistency, and repetition—these are the keys. You don’t need to be strong, a super athlete, or big. If you commit the time, train regularly, and drill your techniques until they become second nature, you will make great progress. The most important aspect of your Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu journey is simply showing up. We can teach you all the techniques, but you won't truly master them until you’ve drilled them thousands of times. Spend time on the mat, and you’ll see results—you will improve. There’s no secret or shortcut; like any sport or skill, practice makes perfect.
The Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu ranking system has five levels: white, blue, purple, brown, and black. Between each level, from white to brown, students must earn four stripes to mark their progress. As you advance, you'll spend more time refining each level. This journey is neither fast nor easy. The black belt title is reserved for those who remain committed and dedicated to their training. It is earned, not given.
To improve your game, you need a solid understanding of technique, theory, and principles that will unlock your potential and allow you to make consistent progress.
Our NO-GI Jiu-Jitsu (Submission Wrestling) class is one of the oldest programs in our curriculum. It blends Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu, Catch Wrestling, Judo, Sambo, Pankration, Shooto, Luta Livre, and grappling techniques.
This class is perfect for those who prefer to train exclusively without the gi (uniform), though it is also beneficial for gi practitioners. Many of our serious MMA fighters and NO-GI competitors attend these classes to sharpen their skills.

Judo means different things to different people. It can be a fun sport, an art, a discipline, a recreational or social activity, a fitness program, a method of self-defense or combat, and even a way of life. It encompasses all of these and more.
Originating from the fighting techniques of feudal Japan, Kodokan Judo was founded in 1882 by Dr. Jigoro Kano. Judo is a refined version of the ancient martial art of Jujutsu. Dr. Kano, President of the University of Education in Tokyo, studied these traditional forms and integrated what he considered the best techniques into the modern sport of Judo.
Judo was introduced to the Olympic Games in 1964 and is now practiced by millions around the world. People train in Judo to compete, stay in shape, build self-confidence, and for many other reasons. But above all, people practice Judo because it’s fun.
The belt and ranking system in Judo is similar to that of Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu, and for good reason. Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu originated from Judo in the early 20th century when Judo expert Mitsuyo Maeda moved to Brazil. He taught Judo to the Gracie family, whose practice would evolve into Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu. Because of this connection, the ranking systems in both Judo and Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu are quite similar.
Muay Thai, often referred to as the "King of the Ring" in kickboxing circles, combines punches, kicks, elbows, knees, and standing grappling to wear down and knock out opponents. The training methods in Muay Thai develop explosive power, speed, exceptional cardiovascular endurance, and a strong fighting spirit. Thanks to advanced pad training techniques, Muay Thai also ensures that fighters stay healthy and injury-free between bouts. Beyond the ring, Muay Thai has proven highly effective in self-defense and has been widely adopted by practitioners in sports, military, and law enforcement.
Our instructors are committed to providing a comprehensive and well-rounded training program that will help you get in the best shape of your life or prepare you for Muay Thai or Mixed Martial Arts competitions.
